Where this is not the right fit

- 25 MB is a real constraint for a long video. Audio-only is much smaller and transcribes just as well
- A conversation that never actually described the steps will not yield a full SOP
- Multiple speakers talking over each other reduces transcription quality, which reduces extraction quality

Can I connect my Zoom or Google Meet account?
No. There is no OAuth integration with Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. Export the transcript or download the recording from your meeting platform and paste or upload it here.
What file formats and sizes work?
MP4, MOV, WEBM, MP3, M4A, and WAV, up to 25 MB. For a long meeting, an audio-only file is far smaller than video and transcribes equally well.
Will the SOP include the irrelevant parts of the call?
It is built to extract the process and drop the rest, so scheduling talk and tangents should not appear. Because meeting audio is messy, review the draft before approving it.
Is Sendabrief the only tool that does this?
