Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sendabrief ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sendabrief is an AI-powered tool that converts meeting transcripts, voice notes, and chat exports into structured Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier available.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content you do not have the right to share
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the Service
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without permission
• Use the Service to generate content that violates applicable laws

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service (transcripts, notes, chat exports). By submitting content, you grant Sendabrief a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models.

6. Billing and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

7. Free Plan Limits

Free accounts are limited to 3 saved SOPs. Sendabrief reserves the right to modify free plan limits with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated SOPs before relying on them operationally.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sendabrief shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
