14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Sendabrief for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@sendabrief.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address. We will process your refund within 1 business day and funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Renewals
Refunds are not available for subscription renewals after the initial 14-day period. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date from your billing settings.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your account then reverts to the Free plan automatically. Your existing SOPs are always preserved.
Payment Processing
Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our authorised merchant of record. Paddle acts as the reseller of Sendabrief subscriptions and handles all payment compliance on our behalf.
