Is pricing per seat?
Never. Sendabrief Pro is one flat monthly rate of $49, and it covers unlimited members. Your bill is the same with 8 people as with 80, so you never have to decide whether someone is worth a seat. There is also no setup or implementation fee, which is worth checking for when you compare: Trainual's pricing page, for one, states that a one-time $1,000 implementation fee applies on top of the subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings and you keep access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Sendabrief Pro comes with a 14-day free trial and full access to every Pro feature. A card is required to start the trial, but nothing is charged until day 14. Cancel before then from your billing settings and you won't be charged at all (cancelling ends your Pro access right away). There's also a Free plan with 5 SOPs that never asks for a card.
How can I create an SOP?
Five ways, all available on every plan. Capture a workflow click-by-click with the free Sendabrief Chrome extension, which turns every click into an annotated screenshot and transcribes your narration live, and no video is ever recorded. Paste a meeting transcript, or upload the recording file (MP4, MOV, WebM, MP3, M4A, or WAV). Upload a document: PDF, Word (.docx), or PowerPoint (.pptx). Describe it by typing a prompt or rough notes, or hit the mic and talk it through instead. Or write it manually in the rich-text editor.
What counts as an SOP?
Each SOP you create counts once toward your plan's lifetime total, whether or not you later delete it. Editing an existing SOP doesn't count again.
Do I get more than one workspace?
Every account has exactly one workspace, on Free and Pro alike, and that's not a paid upgrade. What Sendabrief Pro adds is unlimited team members inside that workspace, plus optional internal Teams so you can control which SOPs each group can see.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor.
Do you offer refunds?
The 14-day free trial replaces the need for one: you get full Pro access before you're charged anything, and cancelling before day 14 means no charge at all. If you're charged and something's genuinely wrong, email support@sendabrief.com and we'll sort it within one business day. Full details are in our refund policy.
What happens to my SOPs if I downgrade?
Your data is preserved. On the Free plan you can view all existing SOPs but can't save new ones beyond the 5-SOP limit. Scheduled review cycles keep working too, since they're included on Free.
