Is pricing per seat?

Never. All plans are flat monthly rates. Add your whole team to the Team or Agency plan for the same price.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your billing settings and you keep access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.

What file types can I upload?

Meeting recordings: MP4, MOV, WebM, MP3, M4A, WAV (Zoom, Meet, and Teams all work). Chat screenshots: PNG, JPG, WebP. Transcript exports: .txt, .docx, .pdf, .vtt (Otter, Rev, Zoom, or any AI notetaker). Plain-text descriptions typed directly. Live voice recording made in the browser. All 5 input types are available on every plan, and you can combine multiple sources (for example, a recording and a screenshot) so Sendabrief merges them into a single SOP.

What counts as an SOP?

Each generated and saved process document counts as one SOP. Editing or updating an existing SOP doesn't count against your limit.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards via Paddle, our payment processor.

Do you offer refunds?

What happens to my SOPs if I downgrade?

Your data is preserved. On the Free plan you can view all existing SOPs but can't save new ones beyond the 3-SOP limit.
