Is pricing per seat?

Never. All plans are flat monthly rates. Add your whole team to the Team or Agency plan for the same price.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your billing settings and you keep access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.

What file types can I upload?

Meeting recordings: MP4, MOV, WebM, MP3, M4A, WAV (Zoom, Meet, and Teams all work). Chat screenshots: PNG, JPG. You can also paste a raw transcript directly.

What counts as an SOP?

Each generated and saved process document counts as one SOP. Editing or updating an existing SOP doesn't count against your limit.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards via Paddle, our payment processor.

Do you offer refunds?

What happens to my SOPs if I downgrade?
