Where this is not the right fit

- Scanned documents depend on the text being extractable. A photo of a page is not the same as a text PDF
- Embedded images are not placed for you. They are extracted and left for you to position, since guessing wrong is worse than leaving it
- 25 MB per file, so very large decks may need splitting

What file types can I upload?
PDF, Word (.docx), and PowerPoint (.pptx), up to 25 MB each. You can upload several at once and each becomes its own draft.
What happens to images in the document?
They are extracted and made available to attach, but never inserted automatically. An image dropped into the wrong step is more confusing than no image, so placement is left to you.
Will it keep tables and lists?
Tables, headings, and links are parsed as real structure rather than being flattened, so the extraction can tell the difference between a heading and a step.
Can it merge several documents into one SOP?
No. Each file becomes its own draft. If you need one procedure from several sources, extract them separately and consolidate in the editor.
